I convinced my family I had important duties outside on the back porch. Here I sat very still for a very long time trying to capture the image of one of the countless hummingbirds that have made our home a rest stop. After several hours, I did not get the prized winning photo I wanted, but I did get some solitude on the back porch. Much better!
